Looking for that perfect place to hold your next big event! Look no further. The Warm Springs Cabana Club offers a well appointed club house for rent. Facilities include a large entertainment area, kitchen and side patio area perfect for parties, dances, Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremonies, Graduation and Anniversary celebrations.

CLUBHOUSE POLICY: The Clubhouse is rented to members only; however, a member may sponsor a friend or neighbor that may not be a member.  The sponsoring member is required to attend the event and any pre-event activities – including decorating, catering, clean-up, etc.
Off Season Only:  Should the member not be available for sponsorship, the board (if a board member is available) will act as sponsor to the event at the rates provided.

<25 People - Out by 4:00 pm - $50 (Requiring Board Sponsorship $100)
26-60 People - Out by 4:00 pm - $100 (Requiring Board Sponsorship $150)
60+ People - Out by 12:00 am - $200 (Requiring Board Sponsorship $250)
Any Number People - Out by 12:00 am - $200 (Requiring Board Sponsorship $250)

The security deposit will remain at $400.00. The new rate adds a bonus incentive to the member – as in the past any event with more than 25 in attendance was considered a $200.00 rental.
